📍 What will your duties be?
Validate, sign, and issue academic documents, including certificates, diplomas, and student records for active students and graduates
Coordinate the issuance and printing of official academic documentation
Manage apostille processes and ensure proper tracking of document requests
Provide student support via phone, email, and in-person regarding academic documentation
Receive, process, and deliver academic records and institutional documents
Maintain accurate student records and ensure documentation compliance
Support administrative processes within the Academic Administrative Management department
📍What are we looking for?
2+ years of administrative experience in higher education, Registrar, student services, academic operations, or document management
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive academic information
Experience managing official documentation and administrative processes
Fluent English & Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL
Experience signing or validating institutional/official documents is a plus
